I’ve been trying to call regarding a withdrawal issue but have had no luck. The robo chat isn’t working at all. You really need to provide live chat support to help members effectively and resolve problems instantly. I’ve been a member for some time, and after winning cash for the first time today, I can’t even withdraw it. I’ve called your offices several times with no response. I’m extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service—no replies from the robo chat, no answers on the phone, and no help at all!
