This platform is definitely not friendly for older users—what a shock! I had a very rude encounter with their customer service when trying to close my account. They took away my bonus bet after a $150 matching deposit because I didn't use it in time, which I found unacceptable. These betting companies act like you need to be a lawyer to navigate their rules—total nonsense. Good luck dealing with them!
