Even though I deactivated my account, they are still verifying it, thus even though I tried to withdraw money on 3/2/23, I still haven't received anything as of today, 10/3/23. After asking you questions to confirm your account, they take a week to respond and request additional documentation. I strongly advise you to avoid this firm at all costs.when they want withdrawals.
