I won a competition for hospitality football tickets and was instructed to email my details within 24 hours. Despite sending five emails, they claim they didn’t receive any, and now refuse to give me the prize. I arranged time off work and travel, missing a family occasion. They offered me £200 to spend in a club shop for a team I don’t support instead. I’ve provided proof that my email was sent in time, but I’m now receiving no response to phone calls or emails.
