Pinnacle demanded an excessive amount of documents over 2 months—payslips, bank statements, credit card info, and more. This was beyond frustrating and unheard of in my 20-year online betting career. They don’t deserve a rating of 1. Pinnacle’s verification process is a nightmare. ????
