I’ve tried calling more than 20 times regarding my withdrawal and changing my mobile number, but you haven’t complied. Honestly, your customer care is failing miserably—I’d rate you 0/100. It’s unacceptable to have the same issue repeatedly. Your website doesn’t allow us to edit our mobile numbers ourselves, and while you’re quick with deposits, you don’t answer calls for withdrawals. I’m extremely unhappy. ????
