Like many others who’ve left negative reviews, I found this site’s customer experience severely lacking. If they don’t improve, they’re destined to follow other dice sites into oblivion. The moderators, especially one named Lutpin, are particularly bad. They seem to go out of their way to shame new users in the chat, pressuring them to deposit money even when they’re just trying to get to know the site.

Remember, new users might become long-term customers if treated well, but if you keep treating them like garbage within their first week, you’re just pushing potential big spenders away. Good luck finding real support with these guys—it seems nonexistent.

P.S. You’ll never know the true potential of a new gambler. They might be holding back, waiting to clear some funds. But with the way things are, you’ll never find out.
