I would advise against playing at this firm since they will block your account and claim that all of your documents are fraudulent if you don't like them.You guys need to know that even though I sent them a video showing how I was getting my bank statement from my mobile bank, they still branded it fake. They said that every document I sent them was fake, and even though they confirmed the latest statement, they blocked me a few days later. I have no idea why.They never asked for it, but they did say I had to deliver it in PDF format.I spent a lot of time talking with support, and when I offered to send them a bank statement from the actual bank department, they refused and stopped my money knowing they had little possibility of calling it false.
