My experience with this site has been horrible. The staff are racist and have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They took $540 from my account, and it simply disappeared. There’s no phone support, and their chat agents lack professionalism, with no supervisor to escalate issues. They can’t even type English correctly and ignored every question I asked. Avoid this platform at all costs if you expect fair treatment and proper service.
