They denied my withdrawal request after I won some extra money and said they needed more documentation. After a week of this suffering and falsehoods and repetition from the support staff, they have done nothing except keep putting off things so I may keep playing and losing.
Not to mention, they canceled two of my winning bets for ridiculous reasons like the RTP at the casino is terrible, I made a lot of bonus purchases and received a significant loss, etc.Additionally, they disabled my ability to cash out; months later, it's still not resolved!
