Horrible customer support. I followed every single instruction on their poorly designed website, gave them all the required permissions, and downloaded everything they told me to. Despite this, I kept receiving an automated reply saying I’m in Texas, even though I have always been a resident of New York. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Avoid this service!
