The customer service is absolutely shocking. I called to reopen my account, spent ages on online chat, sent documents, and discussed resetting my password, so I assumed everything was sorted. However, I got booted from live chat and spent the next hour trying to reconnect, only to be told they couldn’t reopen my account. I asked for an explanation and when the relevant department would call me back, but they wouldn’t provide a date or any indication. What an awful services
