My recent experience with Smarkets has been incredibly disappointing. I opened an account a few days ago with the intention of betting on EURO 2024. Initially, I was allowed to deposit €1,000, but faced issues with their limits. Despite having a daily limit of €10,000, my monthly limit was inexplicably set at €550.

I repeatedly contacted customer support, who promised to send me the required documents within two days. It has now been over four days with no response or email received. The lack of logic in their limits and the terrible customer service have wasted my time and prevented me from placing bets.

This isn’t just an empty complaint—Smarkets truly needs to improve how they handle their customers. Avoid using this platform if you value effective support and consistent account management.
