This company stole my money. After I started winning, they falsely accused me of violating their terms—something I did not do. They kept $2,000 of my money and refuse to return it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service representatives are miserable and unhelpful. Despite my clear explanations that I did not violate any terms, the company insists that I did. They have not resolved the issue or acted on their responses to this review.

It’s clear they disagree with my account. However, their actions suggest they are more interested in profiting by withholding user funds. This is the worst casino experience I’ve ever had.
