This company has stolen £80 from me, and I have undeniable evidence to support my claim. Despite agreeing to investigate the issue and send it to the game software manufacturers, I have received no update even after providing detailed evidence. Their staff are unhelpful and appear to be avoiding addressing the problem. This is clear theft, and their license should be revoked immediately. Avoid this company at all costs!
