This company is a complete mess. I deposited £15 and set a deposit limit, but the deposit seemed to fail, so I topped up another £15. My balance showed £15, but they took £30 in total. They claimed they refunded £15 to my bank, which I never received. Despite numerous emails, they continue to insist they sent it. Total joke—avoid at all costs.
