I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unresolved status of my refund. Despite weeks passing, there has been no resolution in sight. I have now instructed my lawyer to resume the process this Tuesday and file complaints with the KSA and the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

I will leave this matter in the hands of my legal counsel and the court, as it is concerning that a solution has not been reached. I feel like I am being strung along. I will contact my lawyer on Monday to proceed with the necessary actions.
