Extremely dodgy experience! I recently deposited £20 into my account, but I noticed two transactions of £20 each were taken from my Barclays account, meaning I was double charged. The transaction numbers are in sequence from the merchant, but both Barclays and Bet-at-home are awful in handling this. Barclays brushed it off since it's a gaming account, and Bet-at-home is denying it, claiming they only received £20. If you use this site, make sure to check your bank statements carefully — they are con artists!
