I placed several bets on Central Park dog racing and watched my dog win by a clear 2 lengths. To my surprise, my bet was marked as void in the "settled bets" section. Support claimed the race was "abandoned," despite it being a clear win that I watched live. They also noted that only certain races are voided, but this seemed to apply selectively, as my losing bets from subsequent races were not voided. This appears to be a tactic to avoid paying out on winning bets. The service has been terrible, and I would advise against using this company, as they seem to avoid honoring winning bets.
