I made withdrawals of 5300 and 6100 on 12/08/2024. Initially, there was no help after 4 working days. Now, they keep sending the same 24-hour response, asking to follow up with the team daily. Despite waiting for 24-36 hours, I still haven’t received the money. Their customer service is unhelpful and repetitive. Avoid this site to prevent issues with withdrawals.
