I understand that verification can take up to 3 days or longer. I sent all the info in my profile and even emailed it to KYC. I reached out to support and got zero answers, even to questions not about verification. I asked if everything was good but received no reply. Yesterday, I contacted support again, and they just said, "Will be checked today," but got no answer afterward. I wanted to make a deposit because of the awesome bonuses, but I can’t even verify my profile to ensure I can withdraw if I win. It feels like I am being ignored. :/
