On 18th Dec, I tried to deposit 500, but the money was deducted from my bank without being credited to my account. I contacted customer service, and they claimed it was a bug in their system, assuring me I would get my money back shortly. I tried again, and the same problem occurred, leaving me with 1000 missing in total.

It's been 4 months, and Mobilebet still hasn't resolved the issue. Despite constant follow-ups, they keep saying they're "on the case." Stay away from this company and their incompetent employees.
