I have been a customer for more than two years, and until a week ago, I had never experienced any problems. I've made multiple deposits and withdrawals without any problems, then all of a sudden, after taking out £40, they demand every paperwork they can find in order to postpone the payment. I've sent screenshots of bank statements that show the money coming in and going out, my passport, my proof of address, and pictures of all three cards linked to the account—even though I no longer have two of them—but it's still insufficient. Steer clear of L&L Europe.
