The platform works well until you decide to take your money out of it.

They began to inquire about a card I had used over a year ago, and since I no longer had access to it, they kept the money for months. When you question why, they say that's how things work.

I send them every card I used, with the exception of that one, and nothing seems to communicate with machines that are incapable of understanding or acting.

I believe that someone should regulate them since, like me, many people would not be able to get their money back. All of that for 28€.
