I used a 100% sportsbonus to make a 100 euro deposit. After a few wins, I reached 1402 euros. After that, I attempted to withdraw money for nearly two weeks, during which time I received a letter every two to three days asking me to submit fresh paperwork.

I received an email today informing me that my withdrawal had been revoked and that 1302 euros had been taken out. My deposit was kept, but everything else was lost.
